Sort Labels by Delivery Partner
Valmo, Shadowfax and Delhivery do not turn up together and none of them waits for the others. A pile sorted by order ID gets sorted again by hand at every pickup — usually while the rider stands there.

One continuous run per pickup
Choose Courier Partners and the cropped PDF is rebuilt so every Valmo label prints together, then every Shadowfax label, then Delhivery — each partner an unbroken block. What comes off the printer is already the pile you hand over. Nobody re-reads AWBs on the floor, and no parcel goes out with the wrong rider.
It is the Meesho default for a reason
A new Meesho workspace starts on courier partner first, then SKU, because that is the order sellers physically work in: split by who is collecting, then by what you are picking. Reorder it, drop it, or add size, colour and COD underneath — your choice is remembered and applied to the next crop without setting it up again.
Counting before the rider leaves
Because each partner's labels are contiguous, counting a handover is counting a block rather than filtering a list. If your Valmo block is forty labels, you hand over forty parcels — a mismatch shows up while the rider is still at the door, which is the only moment it is cheap to fix. Flipkart labels sort by SKU, Sold by and payment method instead, since courier grouping is a Meesho label field.
