Print Your Priority SKUs First
Some SKUs have to go out on today's pickup — the fast mover, the stock about to finish, the order you promised a buyer. Sorting alphabetically by SKU cannot know which those are. A list you write yourself can.
Priority Sort is a premium option: with any premium option on, the crop bills 1 coin per label. Ordinary SKU, size, courier and COD sorting stays free.
The file you fill in
Turn on Priority Sort, hit Download template and you get an Excel sheet with a SKU column and a Group column. SKUs sharing a group number carry the same rank and print together; the lower group number goes first. Fill it in, upload it back — only .xlsx and .xlsm are accepted — and it is stored against your account for that workspace, so it is a one-time job that every later crop reuses. The Flipkart template is a single SKU column instead: there, row order alone is the priority and there are no groups.
The order the crop actually builds
- ›Meesho: courier partner first, then your group rank, then size. A priority group still comes off the printer inside its own delivery-partner bundle, so the handover pile is not broken up to honour your list.
- ›Flipkart: straight down your list, top row first, with no courier level — the Flipkart label carries one courier, so grouping by it would separate nothing. Note that the same toggle also splits Flipkart output per Sold by seller: you get a ZIP with one PDF per firm, your list setting the order inside each.
- ›A SKU that is not on the list prints after every listed one, ordered A-Z among themselves. Nothing is dropped and nothing is silently reshuffled into the middle.
What it replaces, what it keeps
- 1Your list takes over from the Sort by ticks — once a list is saved and Priority Sort is on, those keys are not applied, and the workspace says so on screen rather than letting you assume they stacked.
- 2Multi Quantity Order at last and Circle it still applies on top, so multi-qty labels stay at the end where the packer counts them.
- 3Update the list whenever your priorities change: upload a new sheet and the next crop follows the new order.
Who this is worth a coin for
Sellers with a real dispatch deadline — a courier cut-off, a fast mover you restock weekly, a wholesale line packed before retail. If your batch has no order of importance beyond grouping identical items, the free SKU sort already does the job and this is not worth paying for.
