Meesho hands you one tall A4 page per order — shipping label on top, courier strip in the middle, tax invoice underneath. Send that straight to a 4x6 thermal printer and the label lands tiny and off-centre, or eats a full sheet on a laser printer.
Standard cropping and sorting are free. Coins apply only when you switch on optional premium checks.
Upload the panel PDF, get printable labels back
Download the label file from your Meesho Supplier Panel and drop it in as-is — no splitting, no renaming, no rearranging first. Every page is read, the label block is located, and the file is rewritten as clean 4x6 pages that a thermal printer accepts without scaling. Barcodes and the AWB stay sharp because the label is cropped, never resized to fit. Big end-of-day batches upload in one go.
Print in the order you actually pack
Almost nobody packs in order-ID sequence. Choose the sort chain that matches your table and the output PDF is rebuilt in that order:
- ›Courier partner first, so each pickup gets its own stack instead of one shuffled pile.
- ›Then SKU, size or colour, so one product is picked and packed at a time.
- ›Prepaid and COD split apart, which keeps the COD handover count honest.
Invoice: your call, every time
