Buyer signals

Mark the Buyers Who Keep Your Parcels

Every fraud rule is built to be suspicious, and a rule that is only ever suspicious will eventually slow down the customer who has taken every parcel you sent and paid for all of them. This is the check pointing the other way.

Loyal Customer is a premium option: with any premium option on, the crop bills 1 coin per label. Cropping and sorting on their own stay free.

It needs your settlement sheets

Every part of that rule reads a final outcome, and outcomes arrive when you import your Meesho or Flipkart payment or settlement workbook. Label PDFs alone give the crop the buyer identity; the settlement file is what tells it how those orders ended. Import nothing and nobody qualifies — which is the correct answer, not a bug.

What it does to the batch

  • A black star is drawn next to the buyer's name on the cropped label, into the page itself rather than as a PDF annotation — annotations get dropped by some print pipelines, vectors do not.
  • Loyal labels stay in the main run. Nothing is pulled into a separate pile, a separate file or a separate stack for handover.
  • Meesho and Flipkart labels both carry the mark.
  • It is information for whoever is packing: no address re-check, no packing video, no argument about sending this one on COD.
