Can I get a refund after purchasing coins or a subscription?

Yes. We follow a customer-friendly refund policy. To request a refund, you must raise a support ticket. Refunds will be processed only for the unused balance coins and will be calculated proportionately based on the remaining coins in your account. GST and any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
